Meet the team:
Dexcom Canada is seeking an administrative assistant to join our Canadian Inside Sales and Customer Operations Team. This team is accountable for ensuring an excellent customer experience, right from a prospects time of interest through to being a tenured customer. This position will support the team in ensuring critical information is received, entered accurately into our customer database, and distributed properly. This position also plays a vital role in ensuring adequate documentation is maintained.
Where you come in:
Process incoming documents via fax and email
Enter new persons and organizations into a customer database, and maintain existing accounts
Perform simple reporting and utilize reports to track tasks to completion
Support for Inside Sales and Customer Service with order management tasks in our CRM system
Call clients to obtain information necessary for Dexcom funding approvals
Be willing and able to perform duties and assignments as required by department
What makes you successful:
You have strong organizational skills and a drive to get things done
You have an eye for detail and always ensure things are done correctly and accurately
You are comfortable working in Microsoft Office and have experience in SalesForce or a similar CRM platform
Must have a high school degree or general education degree (GED)
You must be able to communicate effectively in English. French language skills would be helpful
