Overview
Are you passionate about helping others? Do you want to provide excellent customer service to clients? We are looking for Customer Care Agents/Client Service Representatives for our Richmond Office.
In this role, you’ll assist clients with their claims process, ensuring that every client interaction is conducted in a fair, timely, compassionate, and professional manner.
This is a temporary role for approximately 4 (four) months - from May to August - A great summer opportunity for post-secondary students.
We offer a starting hourly wage of $27.25, and activities that support a healthy lifestyle.

What you'll do
Assist workers with their claims process
Responding to incoming inquiries about claims and workers’ compensation matters, and triage inquiries as necessary
Addressing clients’ questions and concerns and update claims files
Initiating the tele-claim process for injured workers
Collecting, analyzing, and documenting vital information to help clients complete their applications for benefits over the phone

Interact with workers in a caring, tactful, respectful, and objective manner in sometimes sensitive or difficult circumstances
Gather information from a variety of sources, including over the phone, in person, and by reading and interpreting information
Organize, prioritize, and manage a high-volume workload in an environment that requires multi-tasking and includes frequent interruptions
Clearly, concisely, and accurately explain complex information both verbally and in writing
Build and maintain rapport with a variety of individuals
In this position, you will be required to work a 7.5 hour shift, Monday to Friday. This shift can be scheduled between the hours of 8:00am to 6:30pm.
Your experience and educational background:
Completion of Grade 12 (post-secondary education is preferred)
A minimum of 18 months of recent customer service or business experience
Experience with customer solutions and support
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software
