Division 2 Contracting is a reputable construction company specializing in demolition with projects throughout Lower Mainland and of all sizes, We're currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual to lead our demolition crew. As a Demolition Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the demolition process, from planning and scheduling to execution and safety compliance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of demolition workers to ensure efficient and safe completion of projects.
- Develop demolition plans and strategies in accordance with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Coordinate equipment and materials needed for demolition projects.
- Monitor work progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on-site.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with project requirements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Demolition Foreman or similar leadership role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of demolition techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Be able to interpret construction drawings.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
