Workshop space available to share with another wood worker. Workshop is fully equiped with Kiln, fork lift, CNC for flattening, jointer, planer, stroke sander, etc. Storage available. Final rent will be determined based on needs. Rent will include garbage removal, utilities, etc. There is a 2 piece washroom in shop. Shop has been cleared out of a lot of clutter since this photo was taken. More pics to be added soon. Shop is located conviently off of highway 1, not far from Fraser highway and handy to Langley, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, etc. Please feel free to contact me for further information.
