ASSISTANT CENTRE DIRECTOR / ASSISTANT CLINIC MANAGER | VANCOUVER

The wage range for this role is between $22.20-$26.65/hr.

Your tasks at a glance
You support the Centre Director in managing the clinic (operations, finance, and team) in an effort to provide high-quality services.
You cooperate with the medical directors and clinic employees to ensure patient satisfaction and productivity.
You complete different reports and administrative tasks.
You understand and assume different technical positions as needed (Surgical Assistant, Clinical Coordinator (intraocular procedures) & Receptionist).

You have excellent communication skills.
You especially thrive in a dynamic environment and when working as a team.
You have experience in management / supervision (15+ employees) and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
You stand out for your autonomy, leadership, sense of initiative and responsibility, and stress management.
You are comfortable with computers, technology, and Microsoft 365; knowledge of EMR systems is an asset.
You are organized, self-disciplined, and have excellent prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Required: You have flexible work availability from Monday to Saturday, between 7:00am & 8:00pm, with Sunday mornings as needed (to support the team occasionally).
Required: You are comfortable traveling to other clinics for training (expenses covered by Vision Group).
