We are a twenty-three-year-old consulting firm looking to train new team members. We enjoy long-term contracts with Fortune 500 companies in the fields of safety, finance, human performance, and project management. While the majority of our work is with US companies, we are based in Vancouver.
The early years of building our firm were hard work, with a lot of trial and error. Recently, a silly post on social media hit us hard: “Be the person you needed when you were younger.” When we started, we had no references, programs, systems, or software. Anytime we looked into purchasing these, it was $30,000 to $150,000 plus a high monthly fee.
This post is us endeavoring to be the help we needed twenty years ago for someone else.

There is no charge, investment, or fee for the training or certifications and no non-compete. If, after the training process, we agree that we are not a fit, you are free to go without any obligation.
What we will offer:
• Six weeks of training (daily online with 1-hour a week virtual class) in Human Performance that you will leave with the ability to coach high-level human performance one-on-one or in group classes. Executives who attend this as clients of our founder pay $7500 for this program.
• A twelve-week program to be a certified Business Consultant and Educator (2 hours a week). Executives who attend this as clients of our founder pay $10,000 for this program.
• Opportunities to consult on our projects with the world's most recognizable brands on occasion if you qualify
• Sales materials, references, case studies, and possible sales help to close clients
• Learning Management system for online training to offer clients
• Our custom Habit Tracker App for clients (just finishing an update right now)
• Our custom Task Tracking App for clients
• Our custom Human performance and project management software for clients
What we do not offer:
• Clients, you will be responsible for getting your own clients. While we are great at sales and marketing consulting, frankly we hate it. Depending on our work/life load we may be able to help.
• Base pay, this is an eat-what-you-farm opportunity. You will need to grow leads, and care for them as your own.
