We are looking for a full-time Catering & Events Coordinator dedicated to exceeding expectations of both our members and guests. Teamwork is the key to success in providing a warm and personable experience.
The Coordinator will have a strong desire to learn and develop within the events industry. Must have experience creating events at a high level, highly organized, focused on the details, and works well under pressure. The Club looks for career focused professionals that are excited to work with a world class team that have set high standards for themselves.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
With the assistance of the Director, complete contract negotiations with clients / group organizers in accordance with the Club’s policies, including the preparation of all contracts for the events you are responsible for.
Work with the Catering team on negotiating strategies to maximize and secure the sale of corporate and social events.
Assist in the preparation of advertising materials updates and collateral.
Plan and coordinate Weddings and events up to 149 people.
Prepare event orders (including floor plans) for the events you are responsible for (one week in advance) for distribution to all appropriate departments.
Perform a weekly review of AV, Wine and supplies to ensure you have what you need for your upcoming events.
