Transition Construction is seeking a Construction Laborer to join our team. The role will include assisting our on-site team to complete general carpentry and construction tasks.

Responsibilities:
Show up on time at the job site you've been assigned and put in a fully productive shift
Follow instructions of Site Manager
Deliver according to Transition's level of quality standards
Follow all Transition's safety protocols
Professional represent Transition at all times
Consistent advancement through Transition's skills matrix
Manage, maintain, and use site tools and equipment as directed.
Perform general labour and site clean-up as directed.
MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER'S LICENCE AND VEHICLE
Qualifications
2+ years construction industry experience an asset
Class 5 drivers license
Own transportation, and hand tools
Physical fitness to navigate the complexity of an active construction site
Organization and detail-oriented skills
Strong interpersonal skills
