*** A Nomadic Family in Grandview-Woodland is Seeking an NCS to Start ASAP until August 1, 2024. Earn up to $45/Hour!
This positive family, with a very laid-back approach to life in Grandview-Woodland, is looking for an encouraging and loving nanny to join their team. They are looking for someone to assist the mom with their newborn while they prepare and pack for their move (at the end of the summer). They are offering up to $45 per hour for the right candidate to start ASAP until August 1, 2024.
Schedule:
Monday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
They are also open to some flexibility, as long as it's three weekday 7-hour shifts. Please note your preferred schedule when applying.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
General care for the newborn.
Playing with the baby (tummy time, infant chair, etc.).
Soothing and putting the baby down for naps.
Bathing the baby.
Changing diapers.
Bringing the baby to the mom for feedings (the mom will always be home to breastfeed).
Assisting with introducing pumping to the mom and helping the baby take one bottle per day.
They are a family who love music, travel, eating good food, and getting outdoors. The mom is currently on maternity leave and is looking for an extra hand to help her pack their house for moving and handle other household tasks. They also have a medium-sized rescue-friendly dog for which the nanny will not be responsible.
They are particularly looking for someone who is confident with newborns and knowledgeable in newborn sleep and soothing techniques, understanding wake windows, and able to teach the mom how to lay a good foundation down for sleep. The ideal candidate is calm, patient, and knowledgeable when it comes to caring for newborns.
The family is vaccinated against COVID, and they would appreciate it if the nanny is the same.
