Your First Visit
When you walk through our doors, you can expect to be greeted with a smile from one of our friendly front desk team members. From there, one of our registered dental assistants or hygienists will get you ready for your exam with one of our doctors. Your new patient visit will last about 90 minutes, and will take place entirely with your doctor.

After reviewing your medical and dental history, your dentist will perform a comprehensive exam of not just your teeth, but your gums, and the soft tissue of your head and neck. We'll take a full set of digital x-rays, including a digital panoramic x-ray that shows the upper and lower jaws in their entirety. In addition, we will also complete an oral cancer screening and take a dental health scan. We repeat this dental health scan every year to keep track of changes in your oral health over time, such as gum recession, wear and tear, cracks, and much more.

Once your exam has been completed, we'll discuss our findings with you and go over our recommended treatment plan and present other available options. Your doctor will perform a thorough cleaning and then go over their recommended home care.
