CANCELLATION POLICY

URISA BC recognizes that on occasion plans change and individuals registered for our events may not be able to attend. However because URISA BC must make financial commitments prior to the event for meals and space, we have a cancellation policy. All registrants for an event who do not cancel at least one week prior to the event will be expected to pay their registration fee in full whether they attend the event or not. This policy applies regardless of when the registration on our site takes place.

To cancel your registration:

- Click on My Tickets in Eventbrite.

- Click on View Order under Current Orders for this event.

- Click on Request a Refund.

- Click on Send Message. Feel free to provide additional information in the message section.

If you have any questions or problems cancelling your registration please contact the event organizer or send an email to registration@urisabc.org. We will respond indicating whether your cancellation has occurred by the cancellation deadline or if fees are still payable. URISA BC appreciates your understanding.
